The information you provide will be kept 100% CONFIDENTIAL according to the agreement below:

To the best of my knowledge, I do hereby declare and assert that I am the original inventor of the idea described herein. I am submitting this information of my own free will and I hereby authorize Compass Inventor Services to provide me with their free initial product review. I fully understand that the submission of my new product idea and/or app to Compass Inventor Services IS NOT A RELEASE. I further understand that Compass Inventor Services will not, under any circumstance, use, disclose, assign, modify or solicit my new product idea and/or application to any other individual, organization, corporation, or entity without my expressed written and verbal authorization. I also acknowledge that all employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives of Compass Inventor Services have voluntarily signed a confidentiality agreement for my privacy and protection. Further, I understand that Compass Inventor Services cannot be held responsible for the return of any voluntarily submitted physical materials (i.e.: photos, drawings, prototypes).

This Agreement does not constitute a grant, intention, or commitment to grant any right, title, or interest of my innovation, intellectual property, or this Confidentiality Questionnaire, to Compass Inventor Services. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party a partner, joint venturer or employee of the other party for any purpose. Compass Inventor Services shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information of this submission in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the disclosing party.
